Now, TEM Transmitters include Doherty technology for the maximum level of efficiency and Adaptive Pre-correction mechanism that is available in both the digital and analog system. TEM produces transmitters that use the Laterally Diffused Metal Oxide Semiconductor (LDMOS) technology. The transistors used in this technology are embossed on silicon epitaxial coating to withstand extreme electric fields so that electronic components cannot get destroyed easily.
LDMOS technology also ensures that products have a high gain, wide band performance, and the transmission signals have high performances including generating superb signal linearity. Through LDMOS technology, TEM transmission equipment is engineered using soft degradation mechanisms because the output combiner in the transmitter utilizes an RF power resistors to unbalance any chance of power dissipation.
